Tell us about the door and where you are in Ontario - we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

The Work We Take On

Most of the houses we get called to in this area went up somewhere between 1957 and 2007, with a lot of that stock dating to the 1960s and 70s across the thirty or so named neighborhoods we cover. That matters for a quote because a door and opener from that era is built differently than something installed in the last ten years - different spring sizing, different track width, sometimes a header that was never meant to hold a modern insulated panel.

We work on torsion and extension springs, openers, tracks, rollers, cables, and panel sections, on single and double doors, wood and steel. We also handle full door replacements when a repair doesn't make sense anymore - more on that below. We quote jobs for homeowners from Ontario out through Eastvale, Montclair, Jurupa Valley, Norco, and the wider service area out to about twenty miles, including Chino Hills, Claremont, and Diamond Bar.

We don't do commercial rolling steel doors, gates, or fencing. If that's what you've got, we'll tell you straight instead of sending someone out who can't help.

Getting Hold of Us

Call 1-909-247-3938 and tell us what the door is doing - won't open, makes a grinding noise, sags on one side, opener runs but the door doesn't move. The more specific you are, the closer the phone quote gets to the real number. A photo of the spring, the track, or the opener unit helps more than a long description, because a lot of the pricing comes down to parts we can only confirm by sight.

You can also stop by 2930 Inland Empire Blvd, Ontario, CA 91764 if you'd rather talk in person or drop off a part for us to match.

What we need from you for an accurate quote: the rough age of the house if you know it, whether the door is one piece or sectional, whether it's a single or double door, and what exactly it's doing or not doing. Median household income in this service area runs around $103,632, and we price jobs the same regardless of neighborhood - the number changes with the door and the damage, not the zip code.

What We Will Not Do

We won't give you a firm price over the phone for a broken spring, a bent track, or anything involving the opener's circuit board - those need eyes on the hardware. A torsion spring that looks fine from outside can be the wrong size for the door, and guessing wrong on that quote wastes your time and ours.

We won't recommend a full replacement when a repair will hold. If your door is from the 1970s-80s stock common in this area and the panels are solid, we'll tell you that a new opener and a spring swap is the better call, even though a full replacement is worth more to us. We also won't tell you a repair will last if the track is rusted through or the door's cycle count is clearly near its end - in that case, replacement is the honest answer even if it costs more upfront.

One limitation worth saying plainly: we don't carry every part for every door off the truck. Some opener boards and older one-piece door hardware have to be ordered, and that adds time we can't promise away on the first call.

Frequently asked questions

Can you give me a price over the phone?

For simple things like a service call or a standard opener swap, yes, roughly. For a broken spring, bent track, or anything where we need to see the actual hardware, no - we'll give you a real number once someone looks at the door, not before.

Do you serve my area if I'm not in Ontario itself?

We quote jobs across the surrounding area, including Eastvale, Montclair, Jurupa Valley, Norco, and out to around twenty miles including Chino Hills and Diamond Bar. Call and give us your city and we'll tell you straight away if it's in range.

My house is older - does that change the quote?

It can. A lot of homes in this area date to the 1960s and 70s, and some have original one-piece doors or torsion hardware that isn't stocked on every truck. If a part needs ordering, we'll tell you that upfront rather than guess at a timeline.

What information speeds up getting an accurate quote?

Tell us the door type (single or double, sectional or one-piece), what it's doing wrong, and send a photo of the spring or opener if you can. That narrows the guesswork more than almost anything else you can tell us over the phone.
